Head instructor Carsten Carlsen earned his black belt under Renzo Gracie and John Danaher black belt Aaron Milam at Renzo Gracie Portland, and opened this academy in 2019. The name on the door means the same curriculum, standards and lineage you would find at the flagship in New York, taught by people who live here.
