Friday open mat, 6 to 7:30 pm, is free to anyone from any gym. Every other class is $20 to drop in. Message ahead so we know to expect you.

Kids from 5.
Little Kids 5 to 7 on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 pm. Kids 8 to 13 on Monday and Wednesday at 4:30 pm and Saturday at 9:30 am. The first class is free for them too.
