Half the ways onto this mat are free. The membership is for people who already know they want to be here.

No. Every membership is month to month.

How do I cancel?

Memberships are month to month. Tell us at the desk or by text and we'll take care of it.

Can I pause my membership?

Talk to us. Injuries, travel and life happen, and we'll work something out.

What does the $100 kids initiation cover?

A gi and belt for the Kids 8 to 13 program. Little Kids has no initiation fee.

Do you take drop-ins?

Yes. $20 a day for any class if you train elsewhere, and Friday open mat is free.
